Conscious nutrition
At Bosqueko Forest School, we firmly believe in the importance of conscious and healthy nutrition as a fundamental part of balanced development.
Inspired by the Slow Food movement, we promote a diet that respects natural times, prioritizes local and seasonal ingredients, and values quality over speed.
Our school menus not only seek to nourish the body, but also to raise children's awareness about the origin of food, the importance of a balanced diet and the impact of our food choices on our health and the environment.
Our school menu is vegetarian and nutritionally balanced, prepared under the supervision of a team of nutritionists.
The proposal is seasonal and is shared with families, who can consult the daily dishes along with information on nutritional values, allergens, cooking methods and recommendations for dinner.
During meals, we practice mindfulness, encouraging them to try food without forcing it, so that they associate this moment with enjoyment and develop a positive relationship with food.
